AI Video Analytics and Automatic Vehicle Recognition
A video analytics and computer vision system was deployed at the construction site entrances to automatically identify vehicles.
As a vehicle approaches, the system recognizes the license plate, determines the vehicle type, and checks the number against approved access lists. Upon successful verification, the command to open the gate is transmitted automatically without operator intervention.
If a vehicle is not in the registry of approved deliveries or entry requests, the information is sent to a security officer for further verification.
Construction Logistics and Cargo Operations Control
In addition to access control, a system for analyzing cargo transport was implemented.
Computer vision algorithms allow for the detection of cargo in the truck bed, monitoring the loading or unloading process, and estimating the fill level of the cargo compartment.

This allows for the automatic logging of actual building material deliveries, monitoring of cargo movement through checkpoints, and the collection of objective data on logistics processes at the construction site.
A digital history of all vehicle entries and exits is generated for the logistics department, linked to timestamps, vehicle photos, and information about the cargo being transported.
Unified Transport Monitoring Platform
A unified web-based management interface was developed for security staff, logistics personnel, and project managers.

The system displays information on traffic flows, current checkpoint load, transit history, gate status, and video analytics events. All data is stored in a centralized database and is available for reporting and subsequent analysis.
Additionally, mechanisms for notifications and real-time monitoring of incidents have been implemented.
Infrastructure deployment at a construction site
The project encompassed the full implementation cycle of the system at the client's site.
BPA Technologies specialists handled equipment selection, installation of surveillance cameras, configuration of computing nodes, setup of network infrastructure, and integration of the access control system with the construction site's security perimeter.
Special attention was paid to equipment reliability in the challenging conditions of a temporary construction site, including high dust levels and unstable network connections.
