Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by Business Process Audit LLC (INN 9729373310; OGRN 1247700282928) or its affiliate that has published a link to this consent form (hereinafter, “BPA LLC”). This consent covers the personal data I provide when registering, subscribing to newsletters or submitting a request through the relevant web form.

On the basis of this consent, BPA LLC may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update (modify), retrieve, use, transfer to affiliates of BPA LLC (provide access), depersonalize, block, delete and destroy my personal data. BPA LLC may process my personal data both with and without the use of automated means (mixed processing).

This consent remains valid until the purpose of processing has been achieved. After that, my personal data will be deleted, unless BPA LLC has another legal basis for processing it.
